Delivery Policy

Furnish Express offers free curbside delivery within 150 miles. Want white glove setup? Add it for $199. For any questions please call us at (910) 260-9442.

When do we process orders?

We process orders received before 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

How long until my order ships?
It usually takes us 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

How long is delivery?
Once your order ships, it typically takes 2-3 business days to reach you.

Delivery Options

Curbside Delivery (Free within 150 miles)
Our delivery team brings your furniture to your curbside at no charge.

White Glove Service ($199)
We'll bring your furniture inside, unpack it, set it up in your room of choice, and haul away all packaging materials.

Delivery Requirements

An adult is required to be present to receive and sign for your new furniture upon delivery. From the moment your furniture leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your home, our delivery service is fully insured.

Damage Inspection

At the time of delivery, it is crucial to inspect all items for any damages. Any damages must be documented on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Delivery insurance will only cover issues listed on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Furnish Express and the shipping carrier will not be held responsible for any problems not properly noted.

Acceptance of Delivery

Regardless of any damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect items, all items on the order must be accepted and signed for, unless otherwise instructed by Furnish Express. We will address the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as deemed appropriate. Please ensure you take photographs of any observed damages to serve as evidence.

Protecting Your Home

Prior to delivery, protect your floors and walls, as Furnish Express and the carrier cannot be held responsible for any damage to your personal property.

Missed Delivery Appointments

If a delivery appointment is missed, you may be subject to a delivery attempt fee, estimated at $0.75* per pound. To reschedule your delivery, please inform us at least two days before the planned delivery date to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Preparing for Delivery

On the day of delivery, ensure that the designated area is clear and ready for the delivery. The delivery team is unable to remove old furniture.

*Please note that our customer service department must be informed of any damages within 24 hours of delivery.
